These have been simplified with instructions and free phone help lines to let agencies ‘do-it-themselves’ without intrusive consulting intervention. Others, like The Referral Tree are aids to the Sales Training module, The Asset Protection Model, but can be used alone to measure and monitor cross-selling and referral generating programs within the agency.
